Owner
In 1996 I left my law practice to follow my “interest” in the arts. I have been co-owner of Orbit Gallery in Manayunk for over 18 years. About 10 years ago, having lived in Bucks County with a goat named “Ricey” and no fewer than 3 dogs and 2 cats, I decided to follow my “heart” We began Walk This Way with one dog and by word of mouth, hard work and endless hugs and sloppy kisses, we have grown to serve hundreds of the most wonderful “4 legged people” on the planet. We have been written about in The Star and please check out our many favorable reviews on yelp. All of this would not be possible without the dedication and love shown by our incredible staff. Office Manager
My love for animals began at a very early age. There hasn’t been a time in my life when pets weren’t a part of it. Pets are my passion! Today I am a proud pet Mom to a Chow Chow, Sasha and a kitty Crookshanks. They are my heart and soul and have me wrapped around their little paws. Over the years, friends and family have entrusted their precious pets in my care because they trusted my abilities and knew that I would treat their pets as I would my own. Spending my days with cats and dogs is the ultimate job. Kinda hard to even call it a “job”. Who can resist wags and purrs, wet kisses and lap naps? Certainly not me! I am also a proud Mom to a little boy, Aaron who shares my passion for animals! I have previously worked in accounting and Real Estate Sales and Property Management.

My name is Dara Schneider and I have been working for Walk This Way since 2005. I started out as a dog walker/pet sitter which I absolutely loved doing. Later in 2005, I became the office manager and enjoy that just as much since I am able to interact with the clients and staff on a daily basis. As a child, my house was always full of animals. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, turtles, frogs, lizards and birds. I also have experience with horses as I was always visiting my Uncle at his horse farm in Horsham, PA. I currently live in South Jersey and take care of Walk This Way from my home office. I have two beautiful children, 13yo Justin and 7yo Ava and an adorable furry son, Min Pin, Mr. Mojo!

Hi, I’m Faith. Pictured with me is Bella, my chihuahua. I’ve always loved animals. As a kid we always had cats and dogs. I was always trying to bring home strays. Sometimes I was allowed to keep them, other times I found homes for them. This is by far the most fun job I’ve ever had. I’ve always worked in an office environment. This is a refreshing change. I enjoy caring for and walking pets. They brighten up my day.
Sueann
Since I grew up with dogs and cats, I knew they’d always be a part of my life. My dog Sydney and my cat Zeke make me smile every day. I was happy to be of help to the cat rescue group I was involved with for years, since I rescued a litter of kittens who were left by their mother just a few weeks old. Before joining Walk this Way I lived on a 56 acre farm where there were deer, fox, turtles and many forms of wildlife… plus my own dogs and cats and my pet sitting visitors. After working as a Paralegal for many years it makes me appreciate being a dog walker that much more. I love the welcome I get with licks and kisses and having fun walking and playing with your four legged family member.

Hi, I’m Danielle. I’ve been with Walk this Way since August 2017 and also work as a photographer. I’m a Roxborough native but have lived many places. The animals have always outnumbered the people in my house but it’s currently evened out with just my three rescue dogs: Lindsey the Lab, Huey the St. Bernard and Daisy the Border Collie.

Hi, I’m Michelle and ever since I was young, I have loved and respected animals. I am happily drawn to their playfulness, unique characters and open spirits. There has always been some type of animal where I lived, whether my own or a friends’, and I have owned and cared for diabetic cats and cats needing mediation. Caring for them is hardly work when they bring me such joy and laughter.

Hi, I’m Meaghan, dog mom of two French Bulldogs (Jaxx featured here). I have always been an animal lover from a very young age through having my own pets and caring for others. I am a recent graduate of Drexel University and hope to one day combine my studies in Psychology with my love for animals. I absolutely adore my Walk this Way family and of course all the furry friends I get to see everyday. It is an honor to care for all the wonderful pets in Manayunk and the surrounding areas.
